My password or email are not working.When you Log In to the Sabinelearning.com website both your email address and password are case sensative. Type your email address and password exactly the same way as when you set up your account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?After you selet the Log In, a screen will appear that provides a second option to "Log In". Click the "Log In" option again. | Click "Log in with Email" | Click "Forgot password?" Another screen will appear that allows you to create a new password.

Why is part of the website screen missing? I cannot see the entire website page.If you are viewing the website with an Apple computer or device, you may need to reset your view to "default" to view the entire website page.

Is there a cost to take classes?Yes, the cost of each individual live interactive course varies depending on the length of the course. There are also differnt membership levels are offered. See the membership costs under the Pricing Plans tab.

What are the options for payment?a. Multiple payment options are available when registering for a course or service. b. PayPal is available and allows cost to be split into multiple payments. c. Sezzle is available and allows costs to be split into multiple payments. d. Both PayPal and Sezzle also permit costs to be paid in full.

Do I have to pay for each topic in the Online Class section?With a paid membership, you have access to each topic in the Online Class list. Each topic requires you to join the topic section for you to access the list of videos within that section. After you join a topic, the classes are open for you to access and you will not need to join again.

Can I register for some and not all of the live classes in a multiple-week course?No. The multiple week courses (e.g. 2 week, 3 week, 6 week, etc.) are a single registration for the entire course with all weeks included .

Can anyone take the class?Anyone can take the courses with Kingdom Light School of Ministry. There are no prerequisites or required affiliation.

When can I start the course?All courses must be paid for in advance according to whatever payment method and plan you decide.

Do I have to complete one course before purchasing another?If you have a membership which allows access to the online section of the school, you do not have to complete a course before participating in another course. Course participation is at your leisure. Individual live interactive courses are paid for in advance or as part of a membership, and some courses occur within the same week. If a participant purchases two courses in the same week, then they will complete two courses simultaneously.

What is the length of each course?Each course varies in length. In the Online Class section, each recorded class is between 20 – 60 minutes in length. In the Live Class section, the classes last between 1 – 2 hours depending on group questions and comments.

Do I need a computer to take classes?All courses are virtual through the Sabinelearning.com website and will require an electronic device such as laptop, Chromebook, tablet, etc. Participants can take the course through a cell phone. However, the viewing and particioation experience is greater when the class is taken on a larger electric device.

How can I ask questions about the course topic?Prerecorded Classess: There is a class Forum assigned to each video class. You may type questions and comments in the Forum. Or, you can join the Facebook group page for Kingdom Light School of Ministry (KLSM). Comments can be placed here. Kindgom Light School of Ministry Facebook Group Page Live Classes: Each class has time built into the class for discussion and questions. (No live classes are schedule at this time.)

How do I access each topic in the Online Class section? How do I join a topic?With a paid membership, you have access to each topic in the Online Class list. Each topic requires you to join the topic section in order for you to access the list of videos within that section. Decide which topic you want to view and do the following: * Select “JOIN HERE” | At the bottom of the screen choose “Enroll Now” * You will see the list of recorded videos on the left. Choose the video you want to view and select “START”.

Since each order is made just for you when you place your order it takes approximately 5 to 7 business days for processing after payment clears.
SHIPPING:
Once the order is ready it can take approximately 5 to 7 business days for shipping. Tracking number will be mailed soon as shipped.

-Due to the process of all coaching and consulting services beginning immediately, all sales are final! No returns or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable. A 5-business day follow up is generated to ensure the 100% success rate of client satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy -To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us via email at contactus@sabinelearning.com or phone at 225-441-6216 twenty-four hours before the session begins. If not communicated there will be a $25 fee charge. After 2 NO SHOWS all future appointments will be cancelled.

Confidentiality - ---- Confidentiality is an important element of the coaching and mentoring process. Your identity and ongoing work will be kept strictly confidential. I will only release information about our work with your written permission, or if I am required by court order.
The following exceptions will apply: 1.) There are a broad range of events that are reportable under child protection statutes. Physical or sexual abuse of a child will be reported to Child Protective Services. When the victim of child abuse is over age 18, I am not legally mandated to report it unless I believe that there are minors still living with the abuser who may be in danger of being abused. Elder abuse is also required to be reported to the appropriate authorities. 2.) If you are at imminent risk to yourself or someone else or make threats of imminent violence against another person, I will take appropriate action.
