Empowered by God to Do the Impossible

Have you ever felt God calling you to something that seemed completely beyond your abilities? Maybe it’s stepping out in faith for a new opportunity, creating a ministry that seems impossible, getting outside of your comfort zone to work with people to build a biblical mentorship program, or starting a business rooted in kingdom values. Perhaps it is to write a book or start a blog.
The truth is, God often calls us to things that stretch us—not to break us, but to show us His power working through us. Whatever it may be, these moments of calling often feel overwhelming because they force us to rely fully on God’s strength, not our own. They stretch our faith, refine our character, and remind us that His power is made perfect in our weakness.
The Bible reminds us of this incredible truth: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). This verse isn’t about striving harder or digging deeper into our own reserves of strength. It’s about living in the reality that God’s strength is always available to us when we feel weak, overwhelmed, or inadequate.
Think about Moses. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, Moses felt unqualified and unsure. But God reassured him, saying, “I will be with you” (Exodus 3:12). Time and again, we see this pattern in Scripture: God doesn’t call the equipped—He equips the called.

God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). When we surrender our limitations to Him, we make room for His unlimited power to work in and through us. Whatever God is asking of you today, He’s already provided the strength, grace, and endurance you need. Trust Him, lean on Him, and watch as He does the impossible through you.
So, what is God calling you to today? How can you lean into His guidance and trust that He will equip you for every good work He’s set before you?"
